欢迎使用Easyself Storage（下称“本公司”）提供的服务。客户租用本公司任何迷你仓、中央仓、文件仓、单车仓、Private Storage Room、易存箱及相关服务，即表示同意遵守以下Terms and Conditions。
1. Scope of services
本公司提供包括但不限于：恒温冷气迷你仓、中央仓／共享仓、Private Storage Room、文件仓、装修仓、单车仓、易存箱到家及其他相关储存服务。
2. Rental arrangements
2.1 The rental period is calculated monthly, with a minimum term of one month.
2.2 Customers must pay the first rental installment and any applicable deposit before the rental start date.
2.3 All rental fees must be paid on or before the monthly due date.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to adjust rental fees and service charges with reasonable prior notice.
3. Late payment
If rental fees are overdue:
5% surcharge after 7 days overdue.
10% surcharge after 14 days overdue.
After 30 days overdue, the Company may suspend access, terminate the rental agreement, and handle stored items according to the agreement.
Customers remain responsible for all outstanding balances and related charges.
4. Deposit arrangements
4.1 The deposit amount shall be as stated in the rental agreement.
4.2 The Company will return the deposit within a reasonable time after the move-out procedure is completed.
4.3 If there is unpaid rent, facility damage, cleaning fees, lost access cards, lost keys, or any other unpaid items, the Company may deduct related costs from the deposit.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers confirm that they are the lawful owners of the stored items or are duly authorized, that all items comply with Hong Kong laws, that no prohibited items will be stored, and that they have assessed the risks of storage themselves. Customers are responsible for properly packing and protecting all stored items.
6. Storage risks
All stored items are kept at the customer's own risk. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, fire, flooding, power outages, pests, rodents, humidity, natural wear and tear, or force majeure events. Customers may arrange their own insurance if needed.
7. Security measures
The Company provides 24-hour CCTV monitoring, smart access control, fire safety equipment, and LED lighting. These measures are intended to enhance security and do not constitute any insurance commitment for customer property.
8. Drive-up warehouse access
The Company provides convenient drive-up loading and unloading arrangements. Customers must follow staff instructions and on-site rules. The Company may adjust these arrangements due to safety, maintenance, traffic, or severe weather.
9. Easy Box at Home service
Customers must accurately declare the contents of items, ensure items are properly packed, contain no prohibited goods, and meet transport and storage requirements. The Company may refuse items unsuitable for transport or storage.
10. Bicycle storage service
Customers are responsible for bicycle maintenance, lock management, and insurance. The Company is not liable for theft, collision, or natural wear and tear.
11. Severe weather arrangements
During Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other exceptional situations, the Company may suspend certain services.
12. Prohibited items
Customers must not store any illegal, dangerous, flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, or restricted items. Please refer to the Prohibited Items List for details.
13. Move-out arrangements
When moving out, customers must remove all items, clear all rubbish, return access cards (if applicable), return keys (if applicable), and complete the move-out confirmation procedure. The Company may deduct related charges.
14. Amendments to terms
本公司有权随时修改本Terms and Conditions。最新版本将于网站公布。
15. Governing law
本Terms and Conditions受香港特别行政区法律管辖。如有任何争议，双方同意由香港法院拥有专属司法管辖权。
